📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the fleet, ensuring that all vehicles are maintained to the highest standards.
• Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize the use of our vehicles and drivers.
• Monitor and analyze fleet performance data to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and industry standards.
• Work closely with drivers and support staff to ensure that our vehicles are utilized effectively.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients to ensure that their transportation needs are met.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the logistics and fleet management industry.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in logistics and fleet management.
• Strong knowledge of fleet management software such as Fleetio, Geotab, or MyFleet.
• Certification in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or similar quality management systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and experience in driving commercial vehicles is a plus.
