📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and patrol the premises to prevent unauthorized access and potential security threats.,Conduct regular security checks and inspections to identify and address any vulnerabilities.,Respond to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms promptly and effectively.,Maintain and update security records and reports accurately and efficiently.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure a safe and secure working environment.,Enforce security policies and procedures to protect the company's assets and information.,Provide security training and awareness programs for employees and visitors.,Work closely with law enforcement agencies to investigate and resolve security incidents.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in security operations and management.,Knowledge of security laws, regulations, and best practices.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with security equipment, such as CCTV systems, access control systems, and alarm systems.,Valid security clearance and certification (e.g., SIA, CISM, or equivalent).,Ability to obtain a security clearance for the company's operations in Dili.
