📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the construction and maintenance of projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.,Work closely with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure projects meet quality and safety standards.,Inspect and test construction sites to ensure compliance with regulations and company standards.,Prepare and submit reports on project progress, issues, and recommendations.,Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.,Train and supervise site workers, ensuring they follow safety protocols and work efficiently.,Manage and maintain site equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry.,Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and safety regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with project management software and tools.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Ability to travel and work in different locations as needed.
