📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, and networking.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to drive company growth.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends to identify new opportunities and threats.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of business development strategies.
  • Set and achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on business development activities.
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the company and build brand awareness.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using sales and business development tools and software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
