Bay Star Corporindo is seeking a highly skilled and professional Senior Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in Nusa Dua, Bali. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring their stay is smooth, comfortable, and memorable. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.,Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and check-ins/outs efficiently and courteously.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest records and manage guest communications.,Coordinate with housekeeping, dining, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met.,Handle front desk operations, including cash handling and financial transactions.,Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the front desk area.,Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures, and maintain guest privacy and confidentiality.,Provide excellent customer service and resolve guest complaints or concerns promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a front desk receptionist role in the hospitality industry.,Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the ability to work under pressure.,Familiarity with hotel management systems (PMS) and front office software is a plus.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, and work standing for extended periods.,Previous experience in a luxury or high-end hotel is a strong asset.,Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.,Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
