Coordinate and manage the shipping and logistics processes for pharmaceutical products,Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations, customs procedures, and import/export laws,Work closely with suppliers, carriers, and other stakeholders to optimize shipping routes and reduce costs,Monitor and report on shipping performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions,Manage inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely product availability,Provide excellent customer service to clients and internal teams, addressing any issues or concerns promptly,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements in the logistics and supply chain sector,Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Shipping Coordinator or similar role, preferably in the pharmaceutical or logistics industry,Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations, customs procedures, and import/export laws,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders,Proficient in using shipping management software and other relevant logistics tools,Familiarity with the pharmaceutical industry and its unique shipping requirements is a plus,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment,Fluent in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus🛠️ Keahlian
