📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including sales, inventory, and customer service.
• Ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed and that employees are trained and supervised effectively.
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure that stock is replenished in a timely manner.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Participate in store events and promotions to drive sales and customer engagement.
• Ensure that the store is clean, organized, and welcoming to customers.
• Assist the Branch Manager in developing and implementing the store's strategic plan.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of retail operations, including sales, inventory, and customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and retail software.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
