📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong understanding of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using operational management software and tools.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
