📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and oversee the construction of colocation data center structures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Conduct site surveys and feasibility studies to identify optimal locations for data center projects.
• Prepare detailed design documents, including structural plans, foundation designs, and construction drawings.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
• Monitor construction progress and ensure quality control measures are implemented.
• Provide technical support and guidance to project teams, addressing any issues that arise during the construction phase.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in data center technology and incorporate them into project designs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural and civil engineering, with a focus on data center construction.
• Proficiency in using AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software.
• Familiarity with building codes and regulations specific to Jakarta Raya.
• Strong project management skills, with experience in leading and coordinating construction projects.
