📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including staff scheduling and training.,Ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation in compliance with health and safety standards.,Develop and implement menus that meet the nutritional needs and preferences of patients and visitors.,Maintain food costs and inventory levels to optimize profitability.,Collaborate with the medical team to accommodate dietary restrictions and special requests.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards.,Manage and mentor kitchen staff to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.,Conduct regular quality checks to ensure food safety and consistency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a healthcare or hospitality setting.,Proven track record of managing kitchen operations and staff effectively.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Valid food handler's certificate and other relevant certifications.
