📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily operations, including inventory, staff scheduling, and customer service.,Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, including tables, equipment, and restrooms.,Support the kitchen staff by assisting with food preparation and ensuring timely service.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing excellent service and resolving issues promptly.,Maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, and other operational data.,Assist in training new staff and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.,Collaborate with the management team to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with basic inventory management and record-keeping.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.,Friendly and customer-focused attitude.
