As a Junior Recruiter, you will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment process, sourcing and screening candidates, and contributing to the growth of our team. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Source and screen potential candidates for various job openings.,Conduct initial interviews and provide feedback to hiring managers.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS).,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and initiatives.,Provide support in the development and implementation of employee engagement programs.,Contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems (ATS).,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
