📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Manage and coordinate all aspects of operations, including logistics, supply chain management, inventory control, and quality assurance.
• Develop and implement operational strategies and processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Oversee the daily operations of the team, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to the required standard.
• Monitor and analyze operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Lead and mentor the operations team, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of operations management principles, practices, and tools.
