As an Outlet Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the outlet, including staff management and scheduling.,Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction.,Drive sales growth and achieve monthly targets.,Manage inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy.,Coordinate with the central office to ensure smooth operations.,Implement and monitor sales strategies and promotions.,Conduct regular staff training and development programs.,Maintain a clean and organized outlet at all times.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in the retail or FMCG industry.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving targets.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
