PULSE Corporindo is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Outlet Staff to join our team in Boyolali, Jawa Tengah. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the performance of our outlet, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of our operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily operations of the outlet, including stock control, sales, and customer service.,Ensure the outlet is well-stocked and organized to meet customer demands.,Train and mentor junior staff to maintain high standards of service and performance.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.,Maintain a clean and attractive outlet display to enhance the shopping experience.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote sales and special offers.,Participate in inventory management and ensure accurate record-keeping.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail or outlet management role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and customer service best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is preferred.
