📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop medical equipment products to ensure they meet quality standards and customer requirements.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.,Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and effective product development and launch.,Monitor product performance and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Develop and maintain product documentation, including technical manuals, user guides, and training materials.,Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure effective product promotion and customer support.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in the medical equipment field.,Lead and mentor junior team members to ensure effective product development and quality control.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as biomedical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a similar discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the medical equipment industry.,Strong knowledge of medical equipment standards, regulations, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.,Proficient in using relevant software and tools for product development and management.,Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
