PT Property Fajar Sentosa is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse, ensuring that all activities run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and productivity.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, receiving, and shipping.,Ensure that all warehouse activities comply with company policies and procedures.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure that inventory levels are accurate and that orders are fulfilled on time.,Implement and enforce safety protocols to protect employees and prevent accidents.,Monitor warehouse performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all warehouse transactions.,Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise within the warehouse team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a warehouse management or supervisory role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including inventory control, receiving, and shipping.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with warehouse management software and systems.,Valid driver's license and the ability to operate a forklift or other warehouse equipment.,Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and productivity.
