Bidding Specialist - Competitive Proposal & Tender Management

Based in the vibrant hub of Canggu, Bali, you will lead the end-to-end bidding process, from initial proposal development to contract negotiation and closing.

As a Bidding Specialist, you will work closely with our sales and procurement teams to ensure that our proposals are competitive, comprehensive, and aligned with client needs.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating and managing competitive bids, conducting market research, and analyzing competitor strategies. You will also be involved in the entire tender process, from bid submission to contract award, ensuring that we meet our clients' requirements and deadlines.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and manage competitive bids and proposals for pharmaceutical contracts.
• Conduct thorough market research and analysis to understand client needs and competitor strategies.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather and compile necessary information for proposal development.
• Prepare and submit bids on time, ensuring compliance with client requirements and company policies.
• Monitor and track the status of bids, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring that all terms and conditions are met.
• Analyze bid results and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in tender management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in tender management, proposal development, or a related field.
• Proven track record in developing and managing competitive bids.
• Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and market dynamics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with tender management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
