📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide legal advice and assistance to clients on corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.
• Draft, negotiate, and review agreements and contracts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law from a reputable university.
