📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and supervise the front office team, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs, including reservations and cancellations.
• Use hotel management software such as PMS (Property Management System) to manage bookings and guest data.
• Resolve guest complaints and concerns, ensuring they are addressed promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, dining, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions.
• Assist in training and developing new team members.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in front office or hospitality management roles.
• Proficient in using hotel management software such as PMS.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Knowledge of Bali's culture and tourism industry is a plus.
• Valid ID and work permit (if applicable).
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
