MEP Site Manager - High-Rise Construction Projects

As our MEP Site Manager, you'll be the backbone of our high-rise construction projects, ensuring that every MEP system is installed correctly, efficiently, and in compliance with industry standards. You'll work closely with our project teams, subcontractors, and clients to deliver exceptional results on time and within budget.

In this role, you'll use industry-standard tools like AutoCAD and Revit to create and manage detailed project plans, and you'll leverage your expertise in MEP systems to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during construction. With your strong leadership skills and deep technical knowledge, you'll play a crucial role in delivering high-quality, sustainable buildings that meet the needs of our clients and the community.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the installation and commissioning of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in high-rise construction projects.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and project specifications.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify and address any issues or deviations.
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams and subcontractors.
• Liaise with clients and other stakeholders to ensure their needs and expectations are met.
• Participate in project meetings, presentations, and other events to promote the project and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP site management for high-rise construction projects.
• Proven track record of successfully managing MEP systems in complex, high-rise construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices for MEP systems.
• Proficiency in using AutoCAD, Revit, and other industry-standard software.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
