As a Civil Project Quality Control Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality of construction work on various civil engineering projects. Using advanced quality control tools and methodologies, you will conduct regular inspections, tests, and audits to identify any deviations and implement corrective actions.

• Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
• Perform tests and inspections using advanced quality control tools and software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Primavera P6.
• Document and report on quality control findings, including any non-conformities and recommended corrective actions.
• Collaborate with project teams to address quality issues and implement improvements.
• Ensure that all construction work adheres to relevant regulations and industry best practices.
• Participate in project meetings and provide input on quality control strategies and plans.
• Train and mentor junior staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality control records and reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control for civil engineering projects.
• Certification in quality control and management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, AS/NZS 4360).
