As a Level 2 SOC Analyst / Engineer, you will be part of a dedicated Security Operations Center (SOC) team, using tools like Splunk, QRadar, and IBM X-Force Exchange. You'll work closely with our Level 1 analysts to triage and escalate security incidents, ensuring our clients' networks remain secure. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a vibrant international environment while contributing to cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Investigate and respond to escalated security alerts from our SOC team.
• Analyze and correlate security events using Splunk and QRadar.
• Leverage threat intelligence from IBM X-Force Exchange to identify and mitigate emerging threats.
• Document and report on security incidents, providing actionable insights to our clients.
• Collaborate with our Level 1 analysts to ensure timely and accurate incident response.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends and best practices.
• Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 incident response coverage.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our SOC processes and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in a SOC Analyst or similar role.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or GSEC are a plus.
• Strong understanding of threat detection, incident response, and cybersecurity best practices.
• Proficiency in using Splunk, QRadar, and other SIEM tools.
• Experience with threat intelligence platforms like IBM X-Force Exchange.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
