📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues
• Maintain and improve our IT infrastructure, including network, servers, and workstations
• Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware systems
• Monitor and maintain IT systems to ensure optimal performance and security
• Provide training and documentation to employees on the use of IT systems and tools

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including network, servers, and workstations
• Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems
• Experience with IT support tools and software, such as ServiceNow, Jira, and Active Directory
