📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the gloves manufacturing plant, ensuring optimal production and quality.
• Develop and implement production schedules, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting customer deadlines.
• Manage and monitor inventory levels, ensuring timely procurement and minimal wastage.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, including ISO and OHSAS.
• Lead and mentor the production team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Conduct regular quality checks and audits to maintain high product standards.
• Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
• Proven track record of managing production processes and teams.
• Certifications in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies are a plus.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with the gloves manufacturing industry is a strong advantage.
